Shalmali is a true blue popstar, having delivered chartbusters over and over again. Having a decade long career in the business, Shalmali has charmed her audiences with a wide range of songs. Shalmali established herself as a successful singer after delivering hits like Balam Pichkari, Daaru Desi, Baby ko Bass Pasand hai, Lat Lag gayi, Besharmi ki Height, which are audiences favourites till today. After making her mark as a popular playback singer, Shalmali ventured into independent music with her songs Ruka Ruka and Kalle Kalle which got her a lot of acclaim. Shalmali also carved her niche through her English music with her singles Regular, her album 2X Side A and continues to own and strive towards her independent releases. She recently released her next album 2X Side B. She also debuted as a composer in the independent Marathi film June in 2021. Shalmali has also been a judge at reality shows like ‘Indian Idol’, ‘Dil Hai Hindustani’, ‘Sur Nava Dhyaas Nava’ Season 1 & 2.
